Bush nominates Roberts
to the supreme court, triggering the expected responses from those who would have oppossed any nominee. You get the feeling that NARAL would have opposed Santa Claus, simply on the grounds that he was a rich, fat, white guy who most people like. Stay tuned to Bench Memos for updates.
