Egypt
has become a target. Wonder how this will effect their willingness to co-operate with US operations... Spain anyone? More to come on this (certainly) as it develops, but it seems to me that, related or not, the message is the same: "..just because we are planning to kill you last doesn’t make you our buddy."

Exactly! If you read or listen to anyone who's an expert on the arabic culture they will tell you that they don't have any respect for weakness. If they threaten you, and you back down, you just become a weakling in thier eyes. Unworthy of living.
